Faced with increasing demand from clients to help improving the performance of their operations, we found there were not enough qualified consultants with the expertise needed for this work. That’s why we decided to create our own learning & development centre through our tailor-made “Impact Journey to Excellence” program. Our Journey is constructed around 3 evolution tracks: Business Process Analyst ; Operational Excellence Project Management or Leader.
In this 3-year cycle program, we develop our consultants to become specialists with an emphasis on operational topics. Inimitable in the consulting industry, we propose trainings in the field of Lean, Six Sigma and Business Process Management in operations. During their Journey, the consultants work with clients at all levels of seniority in various industries.
Track – Business Process Analyst :
Craving for data ? You’ll get the opportunity to acquire skills in Business Process Management. Improve end-to-end processes between product design, services and data to create intelligence and resilience.
Track – Operational Excellence Project Manager :
We’ll raise your awareness around Lean Management & the Six Sigma methodology. You’ll learn to analyse how processes behave, identify and quantify pain-points and enable corrective measures. Lean principles won’t have any more secrets for you.
Track – Leader : You manage and coach a team of consultants.
