We are currently seeking a highly skilled Power Automate Consultant to join our Operational Excellence team and make a significant impact in transforming our clients’ operations with your expertise in process automation.
How will you make an impact? As a Power Automate Consultant, you will work closely with our clients and Zerwaste consulting teams to design, develop, and implement process automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Leveraging your expertise in Power Automate, you will analyze client processes and challenges, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized automation strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing client processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation
- Designing, developing, and implementing Power Automate solutions to optimize processes and workflows
- Integrating Power Automate solutions with other OPEX methodologies, tools, and systems
- Providing training and guidance to clients on effectively using Power Automate for their business needs
- Sharing knowledge, networking, and learning new skills within the Zerwaste community
About You: What you need to succeed?
- In-depth knowledge of Power Automate and its capabilities, including designing and implementing flows, integrating with other systems, and managing connectors
- Demonstrated experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and business process management
- Master’s degree in business or engineering
- Native level of French or Dutch and fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other OPEX methodologies
- Experience with Process, Quality & Project Management tools, such as Visio or Minitab
- Understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive organizational transformation
- Excellent collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
