The purpose of this audit is to evaluate the overall maturity of our processes, and identify client, employee and business improvement potential.
2 days will be spent for exchanging with operators and interviewing managers (Gemba approach). An observation of processes and a collect of key measures will be done. Finally, a workshop will be done to map our main processes and identifying potential improvements.
The Lean Audit will be focused on 2 complementary axes.
On the one hand, Process Execution & Activities (analysis of waste, value added, handling & throughput times in the process, bottleneck, identification of productivity and efficiency ratios of process activities).
On the other hand, Process Steering & Management Tools (analysis of process performance management system & tools, analysis of standard procedures and way of working, analysis of key management activities & best practices of process steering, analysis of problem-solving & continuous improvement system).
